At NOORÉ by HAJRA, we carefully prepare and package each order before it is dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

We offer delivery within South Africa and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping options, delivery charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order and shipping method selected at checkout.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout where available.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Information

If an order is delayed, returned or unable to be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Urgent Orders
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise whether the requested timeframe may be possible.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
